Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address and authentication details needed to sign you in.
Career content you create. The wins, OKRs, work experience, resumes, interview-prep notes, and related content you add to the Service.
Usage data. Basic technical information such as browser type and interactions with features, used to keep the Service reliable and secure.

How we use your information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
To generate resumes, interview prep, and other outputs you request.
To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
To respond to your support requests and communicate important updates.

How your data is stored

Your data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and protected by row-level security so that you can only access your own records. We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Sharing and third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as hosting and AI processing for features you invoke), and only to the extent needed to deliver those features. Some features call external services to enhance your content (for example, company logo lookups); these receive only the minimum information required.

Your rights and choices

You can view, edit, and delete your content at any time from within the app. You can export your data and delete your account from Settings → My Data. To make any other privacy request, contact us at the address below.

Data retention

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. When you delete content or your account, we remove the associated data from our active systems.

Children's privacy

The Service is intended for working professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service.
